ZLG series vibrating fluidized bed dryer

ZLG vibrating fluidized bed dryer is widely used for drying, cooling, humidifying and other operations of powder and granular materials in industries such as chemical, light industry, medicine, food, plastics, grain and oil, slag, salt production, sugar, etc.

Principle
The material enters the machine from the feeding port, and under the action of vibration force, the material is thrown forward continuously in the horizontal direction. The hot air passes through the fluidized bed and exchanges heat with the wet material. The wet air is removed by the cyclone separator and discharged from the exhaust port, while the dry material is discharged from the exhaust port.

The vibration source is driven by a vibration motor, which runs smoothly, is easy to maintain, has low noise, long service life, and is easy to maintain.
High thermal efficiency, saving more than 30% energy compared to general drying devices. The temperature distribution of the bed layer is uniform, with no local overheating phenomenon, uniform fluidization, and no dead corners.
Good adjustability, adaptable to wide surface, layer thickness, and uniform movement speed within the machine, as well as achieving stepless adjustment of full amplitude changes.
Has minimal damage to the surface of the material and can be used for drying fragile materials; Irregular material particles do not affect the working effect.
Adopting a fully enclosed structure effectively prevents contamination of the working environment between materials and air.
When used for mass production of high moisture materials, multiple units can be connected in series to meet user requirements (typical materials: such as polyacrylamide, etc.).
